Privacy Policy
EstimateForge collects the uploaded RFP file, optional client name, email address, Stripe subscription metadata, generated estimate output (task breakdown, risk register, hour ranges), generated PDF files, feedback messages, and basic usage telemetry needed to run the service.
How we use data
We use the uploaded RFP to generate the free preview estimate and any subsequent estimates under a paid subscription. We use your email to send the delivery link, subscription receipts, and respond to support or feedback.
Do not upload classified, export-controlled, or third-party confidential material you are not allowed to process through a self-service web tool.
Retention
Free-preview estimates store the generated output (task breakdown, risk register), not the raw RFP file beyond the generation window. Paid estimates store the raw RFP only long enough to assemble the PDF, then clear it from the active record. Generated estimates, PDFs, subscription metadata, refund signals, and feedback may be retained for support, accounting, abuse prevention, and product-quality review.

EstimateForge uses Vercel and Vercel Blob for hosting and file delivery, Stripe for subscription billing and refunds, Resend for email delivery, OpenRouter for LLM calls, and GitHub for feedback issue routing.
