Service

EstimateForge is a self-service tool for software dev agencies that turns an uploaded RFP, SRS, or client brief into a structured project estimate with a per-task risk register. You receive a task breakdown with industry-typical hour ranges, a risk register, a client-ready PDF, and an editable web view.

Hour ranges are industry-typical starting points, not calibrated to your agency's historical actuals. The risk register is the differentiator; the hour ranges are honestly labeled starting points you must adjust to your reality before sending the PDF to a client. EstimateForge is not legal, procurement, or bid/no-bid advice, and is not a guarantee that every scope-killer has been flagged.

Price and delivery

The listed price is $99/month for unlimited estimates, billed recurring via Stripe. The first estimate is free. Delivery is automated after upload; the editable web view and PDF export are unlocked on an active subscription. Cancel anytime via Stripe.

Refunds

Automatic refunds cover verifiable generation failure (pipeline error on an estimate → the latest $99 invoice charge refunded) and verifiable non-use (no PDF exported in the current cycle → refund on request). Use the refund button on the estimate page within the 30-day refund window. The subscription itself is cancelable anytime via Stripe; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. If an estimate has a verifiable issue not covered by the button, contact estimateforge@forage.bot.

Acceptable use

Do not upload material you are not allowed to process through a third-party self-service tool, and do not use generated estimates to misrepresent scope, hour ranges, risk posture, or capabilities to a client.

Liability

EstimateForge is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for missed scope-killers, estimate inaccuracies, bid losses, project losses, or indirect damages.
